A Dinner the Gastronomic Heritage of Poltava

Have you ever heard of lemishka or putria? Or perhaps you've tasted knyshi prepared the way they were in Poltava hundreds of years ago?

We didn't open Poltava in Kyiv by chance. We believe that one of Ukraine's richest culinary traditions was born in the Poltava region, and we want to share its story through contemporary cuisine.

During this special dinner, Chef Yevhen Klopotenko will present seven new dishes inspired by the culinary heritage of Poltava. Together with Inna Popereshniuk, he will share stories from their gastronomic expeditions across the region, the discoveries they made along the way, and how these traditions have been reimagined in a modern interpretation of Ukrainian cuisine.

The evening features a seven-course tasting menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a selection of Ukrainian wines.
