Christmas Dinner

Dear friends, we’re happy to share that tickets for our first Christmas dinner have sold out! But we also want to take care of those who still wish to join us — so on December 23, we will host a second, additional dinner.

It’s another chance to gather together on the eve of Christmas Eve, feel the warmth of Ukrainian traditions, and immerse yourself in a festive atmosphere — together with Vytoky, a project dedicated to researching traditions by the Zagoriy Foundation.

Our chef, Yevhen Klopotenko, and food culture researcher Olena Braichenko will give Ukrainian Christmas a new voice.

Olena will curate 12 traditional Christmas Eve dishes, while Yevhen will reinterpret them in his own authorial style, carefully preserving the essence of each one. This is the moment when research and creativity meet, and familiar recipes become discoveries.

With dinner, we will serve Ukrainian wine and a festive cocktail, created especially for this occasion.

We look forward to welcoming you on December 23 at “Poltava”, to spend a warm December evening together, listen to stories of Ukrainian traditions, and celebrate Christmas our way.
