Christmas Dinner

Together with the “Vytoky” project on auditing traditions by the Zagoriy Foundation, we invite you to the final dinner of the year — a Christmas evening curated by chef Yevhen Klopotenko and food culture researcher Olena Braichenko.

Yevhen Klopotenko will reinterpret 12 traditional Christmas dishes — the very ones selected and presented for the evening by Olena Braichenko. It will be a thoughtful combination of research and creativity, where familiar flavors gain new meaning without losing their essence.

For the dinner, we will also select Ukrainian wine and a cocktail crafted especially for the occasion by our bar manager.

Every guest will receive a printed winter guide to Ukrainian customs created by the “Vytoky” project — a reminder of the depth and warmth of traditions that live alongside us.

On the eve of the Christmas — December 18 — we look forward to welcoming you to “Poltava” for a festive dinner and an exploration of Ukrainian Christmas. Seating is limited, so be sure to get your tickets in time!
