Gastro Triptych "Ukrainian Baroque"

Join us for the first Gastro Triptych, a new dinner format at Poltava.

Our inaugural evening is dedicated to Ukrainian Baroque, an era we will explore through three dimensions: taste, history, and aesthetics.

Chef Mykhailo Matsenko has created a five-course menu inspired by the ingredients and symbols of the period. Together with journalist and Ukrainian culture researcher Mariana Hirniak, we'll explore the uniqueness of Ukrainian Baroque, its history, art, architecture, and cultural legacy.
